What we verify
An operating licence in the country where you practise, checked against the register that issued it. The name on the licence, its number as that register states it, and whether it was active on the day we looked.
What you name
One person accountable for what is published about you, and one route by which a request reaches a human within the hours you state. Both are people, not inboxes: a request that arrives somewhere nobody is responsible for has not arrived.
No form, on purpose
This page collects nothing. A form is processing, and our privacy notice is not published yet — so asking you for your details here would mean taking them without telling you what happens to them. Write instead, and we will tell you exactly what we need.
Write to us
partners@healbridge.net, with the institution's name and the country it operates in. That is enough to start. No agreement is signed by an automated process at any point.
Who signs
A clinic, a single-professional practice or an individual professional is signed for by the licensed person themselves — the holder of the authorisation, whether they practise through a company or in their own name. A hospital or a larger organisation is signed for by the officer who holds that authority: the general manager, the medical director or an equivalent. We ask for the person, their role and the register entry the authority rests on, and we check that before anything is listed.
